Apex Roofing was founded by two former construction engineers who were tired of watching homeowners get burned by cut-rate contractors. The standard in the industry was low — sloppy installs, paper-thin warranties, and tradespeople who vanished the moment something went wrong. We built Apex to be the company those homeowners deserved: transparent pricing, certified crews, and work we were proud to put our name on. Twenty years later, that founding conviction hasn't changed. We've grown to a team of thirty-five, completed over two thousand roofing projects across North Georgia, and earned certifications that less than 2% of U.S. contractors can claim. But every job still starts the same way — with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We listen before we measure. Your project begins with a thorough discovery call to understand your home, timeline, and priorities — no pressure, no rehearsed sales pitch.
Assessment
Our certified inspectors evaluate your roof system completely: decking, flashing, ventilation, gutters, and every penetration point. You receive a written report with findings.
Proposal
We present a detailed, itemized proposal with material specifications, warranty terms, and a firm price — before a single shingle is touched.
Installation
Our own crews — never subcontracted — execute the install using manufacturer-approved methods. Your property is protected and cleaned throughout the process.
Warranty Registration
On completion, we register your GAF system warranty, walk you through the documentation, and schedule a complimentary 12-month inspection.
