Commercial roofing installation — flat membrane system on commercial building
Commercial Roofing Systems

Capable. Precise.
Operationally aware.

Commercial roofing is a different discipline from residential work. It demands a different project management approach, different material science, and a contractor who understands that your building isn't vacant while we work. Apex Roofing delivers on all three.

Commercial Expertise

Commercial roofing demands a commercial-grade approach.

Residential and commercial roofing are not the same discipline. Commercial systems involve larger scale, different membrane technologies, code-specific drainage design, loading calculations, and a project management infrastructure that can coordinate with building managers, tenants, and operations teams.

We serve office buildings, retail properties, multi-unit residential, warehouses, medical facilities, religious institutions, and mixed-use developments across the greater Georgia region. Our commercial division is built for project complexity.

Commercial Systems

Every major commercial roofing system.

TPO Membrane

Thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply membrane — the most installed commercial flat roofing system in North America. Heat-welded seams, excellent UV and puncture resistance, available in white (reflective) and gray.

EPDM Membrane

Ethylene propylene diene monomer — the industry's most durable rubber membrane, proven over 50+ years. Available in ballasted, fully adhered, and mechanically attached configurations.

Modified Bitumen

A hybrid asphalt-polymer system with proven performance on low-slope commercial applications. APP and SBS modified systems available for a range of temperature and flexibility requirements.

Commercial Metal Panels

Standing seam and architectural metal panel systems for commercial buildings. Excellent for large-format applications where membrane longevity and aesthetics both matter.

Roof Coatings & Restoration

Silicone and acrylic coating systems that extend the service life of existing commercial membranes by 10–20 years — often at 30–40% of replacement cost.

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Annual inspection, seam maintenance, drain clearing, and penetration resealing to maximize commercial system lifespan and preserve warranty coverage.

How We Manage Commercial Work

Project management built for operational buildings.

Every commercial project is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as the single point of contact from assessment through warranty issuance. They coordinate material staging, crew scheduling, inspection sequencing, and communication with your property manager or board.

Pre-construction documentation

Scope of work, material specifications, warranty terms, insurance certificates, and permit documentation provided before work begins.

Phased scheduling

Large projects are staged to minimize disruption — work proceeds section by section with each area fully completed and weather-tight before moving to the next.

Board and management reporting

Regular written progress updates suitable for board meetings and ownership reporting. Project photos, change orders, and close-out documentation provided in full.
