Roof Replacement
We don't patch or band-aid failing roofs. We engineer and install complete, high-performance roofing systems built to outlast the home they protect.
Why most roofs fail before their time.
The majority of premature roof failures in Georgia have nothing to do with the shingles. They trace back to inadequate attic ventilation, improper flashing installation, and the use of builder-grade underlayment that degrades in five years. The shingles are the last thing to fail — but they get all the blame.
When you choose an ordinary contractor, you are inheriting their compromises. By the time those compromises are visible, you are already dealing with rot, mold, and insurance claims.

The Apex methodology.
We strip everything down to the structural deck and start from first principles. Every component — from the ice & water shield to the ridge vent — is specified for your home's specific exposure, pitch, and ventilation profile. Then it is installed by a master-certified crew with a decade of experience on Georgia rooftops.
- Complete structural decking inspection and replacement
- Ice & water shield on all eaves, valleys, and penetrations
- High-tensile synthetic underlayment — never felt paper
- Premium architectural-grade laminated shingles
- Continuous ridge ventilation balanced to soffit intake
- Triple magnetic nail sweep and full site restoration

Uncompromising Materials
We partner exclusively with the top-tier product lines from GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning. Not the builder line — the architectural line. The difference is in shadow relief, granule density, and wind resistance ratings that stand up to what Georgia's hail seasons and summer storms actually deliver. Every material we specify is the one we would put on our own home.
The Components of an Apex Roof
Architectural Shingles
Laminated dimensional shingles with a minimum 30-year limited warranty. Shadow lines and varied textures mimic premium wood or slate at a fraction of the weight.
Ice & Water Shield
Self-adhering rubberized asphalt membrane applied to all eaves, valleys, and penetrations. Creates a watertight seal that prevents ice dam infiltration and wind-driven rain.
Synthetic Underlayment
High-tensile polypropylene felt rated for Class A fire exposure. Provides superior tear resistance, UV stability for exposed installation, and breathability to reduce condensation.
Ridge Ventilation
Continuous ridge vent system balanced with proper soffit intake. Maintains optimal attic airflow, reducing heat buildup by up to 30% and extending shingle life by preventing thermal cycling.
The Replacement Protocol
A surgical, five-phase approach that protects your property from the first hour to the final inspection.
Diagnostic Assessment
A licensed inspector conducts a thorough interior and exterior evaluation using drone technology. We document ventilation ratios, structural integrity, flashing conditions, and any hidden moisture damage — all compiled into a written report.
Property Protection
Before a single shingle is lifted, heavy-duty tarps, protective plywood, and perimeter netting are deployed. Every garden bed, air conditioning unit, and driveway surface is shielded. We leave your landscaping exactly as we found it.
Precision Tear-Off
Full removal of all existing materials down to the bare structural decking. Any compromised or rotted deck sections are identified, documented, and replaced with pressure-treated plywood before the new system is started.
System Installation
Layer-by-layer installation of your new integrated roofing system: ice & water shield first, synthetic underlayment second, then the architectural shingles, properly aligned and nailed per manufacturer spec. Flashing is hand-formed and sealed.
Final Polish & Inspection
Triple magnetic sweeps of the entire perimeter recover stray fasteners. Gutters are cleared of debris. The project manager conducts a final walkthrough with you and documents the completed installation for your warranty records.
