Precision Tear-Off
Full removal of all existing materials down to the bare structural decking. Any compromised or rotted deck sections are identified, documented, and replaced with pressure-treated plywood before the new system is started.
System Installation
Layer-by-layer installation of your new integrated roofing system: ice & water shield first, synthetic underlayment second, then the architectural shingles, properly aligned and nailed per manufacturer spec. Flashing is hand-formed and sealed.
Final Polish & Inspection
